Project Overview

The Torch is a multi-block residential development defined by its strong vertical character, and Arcus Solutions is proud to bring that vision to life through its façade cladding. Across three blocks and some 2,000 m² of porcelain in a single, unified colour, our work turns the architect’s concept of slender vertical lines into a refined and lasting building envelope.

The design creates a linear strip effect, with grooved porcelain panels that read as fine vertical bands while keeping the strength and efficiency of large-format tiles. Every vertical and horizontal joint is aligned into one continuous grid, so the façade reads as a single composed surface from street level to roofline. Building corners are finished with precise edge profiling, giving each block clean, sharp edges where the walls meet.

From material evaluation to technical recommendations and on-site execution, The Torch shows Arcus’s approach: working closely with architects and clients so that the finished façade matches the design intent down to the last line.
